1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Recurr platform (“Recurr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, Recurr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for lawful business purposes in accordance with its intended functionality.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Access the service without authorisation or beyond permitted scope

3. Private Beta

Recurr is currently offered as a private beta. Access is provided at our discretion and may be limited, modified, suspended, or revoked at any time.

During the beta period, the service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using beta software.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

Where Recurr processes end-user data on your behalf, you represent that you have the necessary rights, consents, and legal basis to provide that data to Recurr.

5. Third-Party Services

Recurr integrates with third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, and messaging services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies provided by the relevant third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Recurr platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurr disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

In no event shall Recurr’s total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to Recurr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued operation of the service is no longer commercially or technically viable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
